McKinney Door & Hardware is looking for a full-time Wood Door Fabricator. Job duties will include cutting and milling wood doors for existing and new construction sites as well as basic labor duties when not fabricating. Job has growth opportunities into the Door & Hardware field.

Ability to operate a fork lift
Ability to lift 50 lbs

Colorado State Safe & Lock is a commercial locksmith and security provider that offers numerous security services to commercial accounts and are looking to expand our team. Our services range from basic locksmithing to large scale card access projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Interprets Master Keying Guide; uses appropriate discretion and special knowledge of lock systems to preserve the integrity of the customer master key systems while meeting customer requests
Install, service and repair various types of mechanical & electronic locks and other security devices
Install, service and repair various types of safes
Install, service and repair door hardware and hydraulic closing & opening fixtures
Install, service and repair doors and frames
Rekey and troubleshoot key in lever, rim, mortise & interchangeable cores
Cuts new or duplicate standard and high security keys and stamps with identification
Maintains records of work performed and submits required paperwork for billing
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains mechanical locking hardware
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Reports to Manager or Dispatcher on any problems and job progress
Position Requirements:
Basic computer skills, i.e.: Windows, Microsoft Office
Mechanically inclined capable of working outside the box
Capable to work large projects unsupervised
Well versed in reading and utilizing key schedules
Team player who represents professionalism to our customers
Basic safe knowledge, i.e. changing combinations on mechanical and electronic safes
Knowledge of installation and repair for all types of commercial door hardware, i.e.: automatic operators, door closers, mortise and cylindrical lock, and panic hardware
Knowledge of all types of cylinders and master keying, must be able to key most brands of commercial cylinders, i.e.: Best, Medeco, I/C cores, Schlage Primus, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; at least one (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Candidate will have:
Warehouse Experience
Advanced safe work – opening and servicing
GSA Safe experience
Low voltage trouble shooting experience
Electronic Access Installation
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Moderate physical activity; Requires handling of average-weighted objects up to 100 lbs – standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements such as: extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
